1. Scope of Service

PulseMetrics provides unified performance reporting and intelligence tools for content creators, brands, TikTok Shop merchants, and marketing agencies. Our Platform aggregates read-only data authorized by users through official TikTok Developer OAuth 2.0 endpoints.

2. User Eligibility & Authorization

To utilize PulseMetrics, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal business authority to bind your organization.
• You are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the connected TikTok Account, TikTok Shop Merchant Center, or TikTok Ads Manager account.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and TikTok Developer Data Policies.

3. API Integration & Third-Party Reliance

Our services rely on official API integrations provided by TikTok Developer Services. While PulseMetrics strives for 99.9% real-time data synchronization uptime, we are not liable for temporary data display delays caused by third-party API rate limits, maintenance windows, or network interruptions beyond our control.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct Rules

When using PulseMetrics, you explicitly agree NOT to:

• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, or scraping of our platform architecture.
• Misrepresent account ownership or connect TikTok accounts without explicit authorization.
• Use analytics data for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent business activities.

5. Account Disconnection & Data Erasure

You retain the right to terminate your service and disconnect your TikTok API integration at any time. Upon account disconnection or request, your cached API credentials, OAuth tokens, and analytics histories will be permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours in strict adherence to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseMetrics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or decisions made based on analytics insights provided by the Platform.
